All orders will be processed in United States dollars (USD).

Upon confirmation of payment, your item will be processed and be ready for shipment within 5 business days

Once your order is ready, a tracking number will be issued to the email you registered with.

All orders, except Singapore’s orders, are shipped using DHL Express. Average North American shipping time is 3-5 business days.

We do our best to process and produce all items for shipment within 5 business days of receiving the order. As soon as your order has been picked up by the courier, you will be notified with a tracking number via the email address you registered with.

Any customs duties and taxes in regard to your shipment as deemed by your country’s legal regulations are to be held responsible by the customer. Such rules and regulations vary from country to country and we are not able to inform each customer individually. This is usually within the responsibility of the customer that resides in the respective country.

Your email and inquiry is important to us. We are dedicated to responding within 24-48 hours during regular business week.

Our mailbox is monitored between 11am - 5pm SGT, and our customer service department is closed on weekends and holidays.

If your parcel has yet to be shipped, contact us at info@an-archive.com with your new shipping address and we will update it accordingly for you.

If your parcel has already been shipped, please visit this link from DHL to change your shipping address as soon as possible.

Kindly note that an additional fee may be applied for incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.

We suggest first checking your spam or junk folder. Otherwise, an email address can have a spelling mistake when entered, and our system was not able to issue the confirmation to that address.

Unfortunately if you still cannot confirm your order details, Please use our contact form and include the email address used to place the order along with the first and last name of the customer.

You may return any item within 7 days of receiving your original order, excluding sales items. Remember that the item must be unworn and unwashed with all brand tags attached.

You may return your parcel through any postal services. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us – remember to keep a copy of a sending receipt to ensure that you have proof in case your parcel goes missing in the mail.

Please note – you will need to cover for the shipping costs. Duties, tax and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we have received your parcel, we will arrange for the refund via the original payment method within 3 working days.
